“ Came here to enjoy the environment and architecture which did not disappoint. Out of all the food places in the Promenade this was the busiest and for a reason. Delicious bagels with the perfect crunchy exterior texture and soft on the inside. The spreads and fillings were executed with care and delicacy. Ordering was seamless and efficient. Everyone was friendly and attentive, including the staff in the casino that maintained the common area for eatingseating. ”
“ Really not a formal sitdown restaurant more eat to go. Food Prices are very typical for the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. Ive added a picture of the menu. Again the bagels are pricey but they are very good and they have no cups for just water. You have to buy a bottle of water for 7 but again thats typical for Vegas now. ”

It was a lot of roughly chopped bacon with lettuce and arugula, pickled mustard seeds and tomato paste. Bagels have a great crust that wont break your teeth and airylight. Matzo ball soup was great! Price is not cheapest. ”

I cant say how just a bagel is because I got the PEC pastrami egg and cheese on a sesame bagel, but I was shocked by how delicious it was. The bagels are thinner and less doughier than NYNJ, but the outside was crispy and was coated in sesame seeds. The 18hr cooked pastrami was delicious and the egg was cooked fresh and perfect. Will definitely be going back tomorrow to try the everything bagel since they were out. ”
